We will email you when your order is ready to pick up, and request that you give us a heads up when you plan to drop by.

Nelson Area

We offer free delivery on orders over $70 for those residing on the North Shore and Nelson area (within 10km)

Deliveries occur on Thursdays. We deliver to one address per order.

Canada

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order, ranging from $5 CAD to $20 for clothing.

Orders are processed within a week of receiving your payment. We will send you another notification when your order has been shipped.

our carrier is Canada Post, whose delivery quotes (not guarantees) are 2-5 days within the province of BC, and up to 10 days across the country. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

USA

while we do ship to the usa, Shipping times and pricing will depend on your location. THIS WILL BE CALCULATED DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS ONCE YOU CONFIRM YOUR CART AND INPUT YOUR ADDRESS.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In the event you would like to return your product, please email us as soon as possible at info@f2a.ca to start the discussion. We address these on a case-by-case basis and try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
