A modern multi-level house built on a hillside with a terrace, surrounded by trees with fall foliage, and a patio with people sitting and standing under a wooden overhang.

hillis multi-unit development
peachland, bc

we worked with the owner of this 1-acre lake-view property to envision the potential for development.

the result is a community of 10 units (which is the maximum allowable density on site) with 20 parking spots, terraced on the hilly peachland site. we modelled the design digitally as an early-stage concept, and rendered our vision lively.

this evolves our multi-unit design thinking, as we think on considerations such as unit placement, access, integration into land, sightlines and community relations.
